Read the ingredient family and the complete formula
Peptides are chains of amino acids; their names and intended cosmetic roles vary. A label that says peptide does not tell you everything about a cream. Texture, the supporting ingredients, where you apply it, and its directions are also part of the choice.
Ceramides are lipids used in moisturizers. The American Academy of Dermatology identifies ceramides among ingredients to consider when choosing a moisturizer for hydration. That general ingredient guidance does not establish results for any particular ReAwaken formula. Read the AAD moisturizer guide.
When both appear in one cream
Ceramide Peptide Barrier Cream features palmitoyl peptides, ceramide complex, ectoin, and N-acetyl glucosamine. Its cosmetic direction is soft, comfortable, well-moisturized skin and a healthy-looking moisture barrier. It is a finished 50 mL moisturizer; you do not add ingredients or mix it at home.
Compare the three moisturizers by their place in your routine
- Peptide Moisture Cream: a daily peptide moisturizer for a soft, comfortable feel and a smooth, hydrated finish.
- Ceramide Peptide Barrier Cream: the comfort-focused moisturizer in the Renew + Comfort routine.
- Neck & Décolleté Firming Cream: a nourishing peptide cream intended for the neck and décolleté, with its own application directions.
These are different formula directions, rather than a ranking from weakest to strongest. Choose the application area and feel that fit your routine.
Use the cream as directed
Ceramide Peptide Barrier Cream: Apply a small amount to clean skin. Massage gently until absorbed. Use morning and evening.
Check the full ingredient list and your label for ingredients you need to avoid. Featured ingredients are not a complete declaration. Patch test before regular use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Persistent skin symptoms warrant advice from a qualified clinician.
