Label And Safety Readiness

Before paid orders open, final salable packaging should be reviewed against current U.S. cosmetic label requirements. ReAwaken is preparing final labels to include the product identity, net quantity, responsible person or business contact, adverse-event contact path, full ingredient declaration using cosmetic ingredient names, lot code, directions, warnings where needed, and external cosmetic use language.

• Identity: the product name and cosmetic purpose shown clearly on the front panel.
• Net quantity: the amount of dry peptide concentrate in the bottle and the 30 mL / 1 fl oz activation base where a base option is selected.
• Responsible contact: a U.S. address, phone number, website, or email path where product questions and adverse-event reports can be received.
• Ingredients: final INCI-style ingredient declarations for both the peptide bottle and the selected activation base.
• Traceability: lot codes, batch records, supplier COAs, and production notes retained for each salable batch.
• Use directions: first-use mixing directions, patch-test language, storage guidance, and a use window after mixing.

The website may show prelaunch mockups while final production labels, supplier documents, and salable packaging are prepared. Mockups are not final regulatory label proofs.

Storage And Use Window

Keep the dry peptide bottle closed until first use. After mixing, keep the finished serum tightly closed, away from direct light and excess heat, and use within the stated use window on the final package. Current prelaunch guidance uses a conservative 30-day window after mixing unless stability or preservative testing sets a shorter or longer window.

Product Problems And Adverse Events

If you experience irritation, an unexpected reaction, contamination signs, odor change, color change, damaged packaging, or another product problem, stop using the product and contact hello@reawakenbeauty.com. Include the product name, base option, lot code, order number if available, date mixed, date first used, photos, and a description of what happened.

For urgent symptoms or medical concerns, contact a healthcare professional. Consumers may also report cosmetic product problems to FDA through FDA's cosmetic product complaint process.
