What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone (if provided), and order items. Provided by you at checkout via PayPal.
- Payment information: processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
- Email signups: your email address if you opt in to our newsletter.
- Site analytics: anonymous traffic patterns (pages visited, browser type, country) via Google Analytics. No personally-identifying data is collected by analytics.
- Cookies: we use minimal cookies for site function (e.g. cart state). PayPal sets its own cookies during checkout.

Who we are
ReAwaken Beauty is a US-based direct-to-consumer skincare brand. Our products are cosmetic serums intended for external use only.
Ordering
When you place an order through PayPal, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and tax. We confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — if we cancel, we refund you in full immediately.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, hacking, reselling our content, or anything illegal. You're responsible for your own use of our products and for following the safety guidance on every label.
Intellectual property
All site content, photos, copy, and brand assets are owned by ReAwaken Beauty. You may not reuse them without written permission.
Liability
We sell cosmetic products. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if you don't follow the safety guidance (patch test, discontinue if irritation occurs, external use only, etc.). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ReAwaken Beauty is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in that state's courts.

Where we ship
All 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally — if you'd like us to, email hello@reawakenbeauty.com and we'll add you to the international waitlist.
Processing time
We pack and ship within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. The peptide ships dry-stable in a small black jar paired with your chosen 30 mL dropper base — you combine them at home on first use. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the label is printed.
Shipping speeds & cost
- USPS Priority Mail — flat $7.95, typically 2–5 business days in transit
- USPS Priority Mail Express — flat $24.95, 1–2 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $99
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 business days of shipping, email support@reawakenbeauty.com with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Refunds & Returns

30-day satisfaction guarantee
Skincare is personal. If a serum doesn't work for you, email returns@reawakenbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — you don't need to ship the bottle back.
Damaged or wrong items
If we sent the wrong product or your bottle arrived damaged, we replace it for free. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
Bundles
Bundles can be returned as a complete bundle within 30 days for a full refund. We cannot refund individual serums from a bundle.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account / card used at checkout. PayPal typically takes 3–5 business days to post the refund.
What we can't refund
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery
- Shipping fees on the original order (unless the order was our error)
- Free gifts (you can keep them)
Cosmetic Safety & External Use

ReAwaken serums are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Patch test first
Before using a new peptide, apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours. If you see redness, itching, or any reaction, discontinue use.
How to use
- For external facial use only. Avoid the immediate eye area unless the product specifies otherwise (Bright Eye Serum).
- Apply morning and night after cleansing, before moisturizer.
- Use SPF 30+ during the day. Peptides do not increase sun sensitivity, but UV protection is the foundation of any skincare routine.
- Introduce one new serum at a time. Wait two weeks before adding another.
Discontinue if you experience
- Redness, itching, burning, or swelling
- Hives or any rash
- Any reaction that persists or worsens
If symptoms persist after stopping use, consult a healthcare professional.
Pregnancy, nursing, and medical conditions
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a skin condition under treatment, consult your healthcare provider before using peptide serums.
Storage
- Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Use within 6 months of mixing with your base.
- Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed
Do not ingest. If accidentally swallowed, contact Poison Control or seek medical attention.
